Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business/working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow additional time for delivery as seen below as these are additional to the order processing times given above.
During peak times such as public holidays e.g Christmas/New Year, please allow up to 7 working days for order processing. Our shipping policy will be updated to reflect this during these times.

We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders over £1.00 and Free USA shipping over $65.00.

We do not offer local delivery at this time.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to countries within the EU, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
At this time, we do not ship to Russia, Ukraine, or Germany (due to extra shipment requirements)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Poetic Betty is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shoppoeticbettyuk@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers do not ship to P.O boxes. If this is the case, we will cancel and refund your order in full unless an alternative address can be given.
