Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business/working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow additional time for delivery, as seen below, as these are in addition to the order processing times given above.
During peak times, such as public holidays, e.g Christmas/New Year, please allow up to 7 working days for order processing. Our shipping policy will be updated to reflect this during these times.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders up to £85.00
USA Tariffs & Duties
We offer USA shipping with tariff costs & duties INCLUDED for all of our t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, tote bags, art prints & headwear, including beanies and caps. This means you won't be required to pay anything in addition to the final total.
For sticker and badge packs, please note that additional tariffs, costs or duties are NOT included, and you may be subject to paying a small charge to receive these items.
*Please note that due to packaging requirements, all hats and caps sent to the USA will incur a $18.00 shipping fee at checkout.
Local delivery
We do not offer local delivery at this time.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to countries within the EU, Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada, Mexico and other international countries.
At this time, we do not ship to Russia.
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Do I have to pay any additional duties or fees? (Non UK)
Some shipments outside of the UK may incur additional processing/customs charges upon arrival. The fee varies depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors based on the item itself. These charges are out of our control and the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions regarding potential import duties, please check with your local customs office. These include but are not limited to: Custom Duties, VAT fees, Handling Fees, Local Carrier Fees and state taxes.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please check any spam or junk mail folders for the notification.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 to 14 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shoppoeticbettyuk@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers do not ship to P.O. boxes. If this is the case, we will cancel and refund your order in full unless an alternative address can be given.
